Positive: The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with only a few rooms and a very convenient location — about 12 minutes’ walk from the beach, 1 minute from a supermarket and 2 minutes from a restaurant. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms have nice little terraces to relax on. On the plus side, there is a bakery just in front of the hotel with fresh bread, snacks and coffee, which makes up for the lack of a coffee machine in the rooms or a breakfast option.

Negative: The bathroom, however, is small and not very convenient, and it has started to show some wear: the sink tap doesn’t close properly, the toilet tank sometimes fails, the shower has no holder so you need to keep it in your hand, and there is a curtain instead of a cabin. The small kitchenette is a useful addition, but not very well equipped — it has the basics (stove, pot, pan, knives, cutlery, cups and plates), but no extractor or lighting, and a kettle or a cofee machine would be a welcome addition.

Positive: There is a private parking, wonderful sea view and a yard under a tree shade which is awesome for drinking coffee and playing cards if you want to relax in the evening. Some 3km north is Vrachos Beach which is quite large sandy beach with clean turquoise water. The room is cleaned on daily basis with changing towels and sheets. Probably one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen on vacation in Greece, without any mold anywhere despite being old. There is a bakery and a restaurant in front of the hotel, which are far enough so there is no noise or smell in the rooms at any time. I highly recommend both of them. The host Vasilis is very nice and approachable, would come back.

Negative: The bathroom could do a renovation, the shower hold was broken and has a small standing tub with curtain which sticks to bigger people like me :) Also we had ants in the room when we arrived, they sprayed the room against bugs, but after 5-6 days they re-appeared and seemed to come from the balcony. They immediately sprayed again, but I feel like they need to do a more permanent solution. One more thing, the mattresses could be a bit softer, they seem quite old and it's not a big investment that can improve comfort a lot.

Summary: Highly recommended, would definetely come back.
